About Funeral Home Loans
A matching platform connecting prospective funeral-home buyers with commercial lenders that fund business acquisitions. Lender-paid. No cost to the buyer.
Angelo Orru Neto
Founder
Funeral Home Loans is built on a simple buyer thesis: the funeral-home acquisition market is fragmented, the financing options are genuinely complex (SBA 7(a), conventional, seller carry-back, combinations of all three), and most buyers approach lenders without the context to know which structure fits their situation. The result is rejections, delays, and missed deals.
I spent the last decade building data infrastructure for pharma and clinical operations — structured intake, NLP-driven feasibility, EHR-routed recruitment, real-world evidence at scale. The same playbook applies here: clean intake → structured signal → matched outcome. One buyer inquiry gets routed to the lenders most likely to fund it, on a panel that pays Funeral Home Loans on funded loans rather than billing the buyer.
I hold a degree from Fundação Getulio Vargas in São Paulo, publish on the intersection of data and access in healthcare and finance, and operate Funeral Home Loans out of TCopyCats LLC, the Wyoming entity that holds the MainLine.Finance vertical brand portfolio.

- What we are
- A lead-generation and matching platform for funeral-home acquisition financing. Not a lender. We route buyer inquiries to a panel of commercial lenders whose programs fund acquisitions in the funeral-service industry, paid by them on funded loans.
- What we are not
- We do not extend credit directly. We do not bill the buyer. We do not make credit decisions. Approval, rate, term, and timeline are determined by the lender you select, not by Funeral Home Loans.
