No. Applying through Funeral Home Loans is free to buyers. Lenders compensate us when a loan closes — you pay nothing to apply and nothing to get matched. Any lender fees (such as origination or SBA guarantee fees) are disclosed on the term sheet before you commit.

The basics needed to underwrite an acquisition: the buyer's background, experience in the funeral or related industry, the target funeral home's financials, the purchase price, and the planned down payment.
